Go Pumpkin or Apple Picking

There’s no better feeling than going pumpkin and apple picking on the perfect fall day. Take your spoils home to carve or make a pie! These locations also have tons of fall activities for the whole family.

Check Out the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium

The Pittsburgh Zoo has two awesome events going on this fall. Now through October 30th, they are hosting the Asian Lantern Festival. Then, on October 16, 17, 23, and 24th, head back to the zoo for Zoo Boo! Your kids can trick-or-treat through the zoo, plus they’ll have a bunch of characters and crafts.

Head to Seven Springs Mountain Resort

Seven Springs Fall Events will host a variety of fall fun; Autumnfest, the pumpkin swim, and a Halloween Party. Take the chairlift for an awesome aerial view of all of the fall foliage. While you’re there, visit over 100 local artisans and crafters, enjoy live music, and more!
