Signed up for a storage unit online and have used other guardian sites in the past but I have to say I went in to access my unit for the first time today and Matt and Ray at the Shadyside location were so friendly and helpful and such a delight to deal with as a customer I feel entirely confident I made the best selection choice possible, they are so great made the whole experience a 10/10, highly recommend!

The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience.
