Five Stars! Kenzie has been absolutely incredible throughout this entire process. From day one, she made everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. She’s genuinely kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about the customers she’s helping.One thing that has been absolutely invaluable is the availability of the moving truck through the facility. Having access to a truck right on-site has made a huge difference for us. It saved time, hassle, and additional rental costs. Kenzie makes the truck rental process so simple and is always accommodating with scheduling — it honestly couldn’t be easier.Customer service like this is rare these days. Between the clean facility, the convenience, and especially Kenzie’s professionalism and warmth, we knew immediately we made the right choice. Highly recommend!
