First of all, this place is immaculate! We were switching our storage needs from the Waterfront space to this Parkway East location. Brittany couldn't have been more accommodating in finding a space for us. She kept us updated each step of the way. Fantastic customer service!Update - 4/11/25 - The place is still immaculate, however, it doesn't matter if you can't actually get to your unit. Mine is on the first floor and the elevator at this location has been broken for over a month at this point.(The other elevator that is working only goes down to the 2nd floor) Dustin, the manager was gracious to us and apologized about it being out. Literally weeks later, it is still out - no communication to us about when it might be up or what they are doing to get it up and running. My storage space is an extension of my business, so obviously this arrangement isn't a good one for us. I have stopped more than 20 times to see if the elevator was fixed - taking time out of my day to do so. How hard is it to pick up the phone or drop an email to let me know how they're working on this problem? Oh did I mention that everyone I've called since my initial visit with Dustin were "unavailable" when I rang. This is not cool.
