Every summer in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania you can attend Musikfest, a 10-day festival with great music, food, and local craft vendors. The festival is massive, covering many different parts of Bethlehem – though much of the action can be found in Bethlehem’s North Side. Although there are special headliners that you may want to buy tickets to see, there are also hundreds of free performances happening all across the festival grounds. While you’re there, make sure to try out some of the fan-favorite foods, including the roasted corn that you can smell from a mile away.
For individuals with sensory-processing difficulties, inclusion zones are located at the SteelStacks playground and Familienplatz. These sensory-supportive spaces feature Silent Sound System headphones with relaxing music, weighted lap pads, Moon Mats, sensory toys, and mindfulness activities.
